Thank you very much for being a supporter of Raystede. I am really pleased to provide you with a copy of our first Annual Review which details the positive impact we were able to make between 2015 and 2016 thanks to your ongoing support. We help thousands of animals each year and this is only possible thanks to you.
I really hope you will find the Annual Review informative and interesting. We believe it is our duty to keep you up to date on where your kind donations are spent and the difference they make to the animals in our care. We will be issuing one every year, to allow you to continue to see how Raystede is progressing and the animals we have been able to look after as a result of your generosity. We will also be offering a digital version should you wish to view it online.
You enable us to care for and rehome all sorts of animals each and every day so we feel it is important that we are able to keep you up to date with what is going on at Raystede. Due to recent guidelines issued by the Information Commissioners Officer, Fundraising Regulator and The Institute of Fundraising, we now require your written consent to keep in touch via phone, text message and email. I assure you that we will not inundate you with lots of information but we would like to give you the opportunity to let us know what correspondence you would like to receive.
I would be grateful if you could please complete and return the Personal Preferences form provided on the reverse of this letter to Raystede using the freepost envelope provided. You can choose your personal preferences for correspondence and we promise to follow your wishes. Unfortunately, if you do not return the form and give us your consent we will no longer be able to keep you up to date with Raystede news.
Without you, it would be impossible for us to carry on looking after cats, dogs, parrots, horses and all the other animals that come through our gates every day. All the waggy tails, muddy paws, fluffy ears and colourful feathers that inhabit Raystede are extremely grateful. With your support we can keep many more animals safe and happy now and into the future.
