Mindfulness – Give Yourself a 2 Minute Break

You may have heard “If you want something done ask a busy person!”

The reason is that “busy people” are good at “taking time out”

Regular breaks from concentrated effort are good for you.

Just a 2 minute “brain break” can help you refocus the “mind’s eye”.
